• Payment and transaction information. Stripe or another payment provider processes payment credentials; we do not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes.
• Technical information, such as IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, and basic website activity recorded by hosting, security, or analytics systems.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide inventory and delivery quotes; confirm orders; process payment; coordinate suppliers, carriers, and placement; communicate order updates; prevent fraud; maintain records; improve the website and pricing process; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may send service communications about a quote or order. We will use separate consent where required for promotional email or text messages, and you may opt out of promotional messages without affecting transactional communications.

3. How we share information

We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers and transaction partners, including payment processors, email and hosting providers, fraud-prevention vendors, inventory providers, delivery carriers, and professional advisers. For example, a carrier may receive your delivery address, contact information, access notes, and placement instructions.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or our business, in connection with a business financing or sale, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for quotes, orders, customer service, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

7. Children

ContainerSpy is intended for adults purchasing commercial equipment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
