You can pay online at checkout, or request a written quote and pay the invoice. If we cannot supply or deliver the container you paid for, you receive a full refund. If you request a quote but have not paid, there is nothing to refund and you may withdraw the request at any time.
1. Cancellation before payment
You may cancel without charge before payment unless you separately authorized us in writing to incur a specific nonrefundable customization, inspection, reservation, or carrier cost. A quote that expires without payment is automatically closed.
2. Customer cancellation after payment
Contact us immediately. If the container has not been released, modified, loaded, or dispatched, we will generally cancel the order and issue a refund. The refund may be reduced only by documented, nonrecoverable third-party costs or custom work that was disclosed in the quote or approved before it was incurred.
Once custom modification begins, the custom portion of the order is nonrefundable to the extent the work and materials cannot reasonably be recovered. Once a carrier is committed or dispatched, cancellation, dry-run, storage, loading, or redelivery costs may apply.
3. If we cannot fulfill the order
If we cannot provide the confirmed container or deliver within the promised time, we will notify you and offer either an approved substitute, a revised delivery date, or cancellation. If you cancel, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled order, including associated delivery and processing charges. We will not replace a required refund with store credit unless you request it.
4. Failed or refused delivery
Before you pay, you confirm your delivery site meets our Delivery Requirements: firm, level ground; a straight approach of about 75 feet for a 20-foot container or 100 feet for a 40-foot container, at least 12 feet wide; 14 feet of overhead clearance; and legal and physical access to the placement spot.
If delivery cannot be completed because the site, access route, clearance, surface, customer attendance, permits, or placement instructions do not match what you confirmed, the delivery is treated as refused and you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the container price (minimum $350), plus the actual cost of the delivery attempt and the return trip. If you choose to reschedule instead, redelivery and any storage are charged at cost and the restocking fee does not apply. Any remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.
If the carrier refuses delivery for a safety issue that you disclosed accurately at checkout and we approved in writing, we will work with you on a revised method or provide an appropriate refund for any unperformed portion.
5. Wrong, damaged, or materially nonconforming equipment
Inspect the container at delivery when safely possible. Note visible issues on the delivery document and send photographs promptly. If the container materially differs from the written confirmation or was damaged in transit, do not modify it or arrange third-party repairs before we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and propose a remedy.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price adjustment, or a full or partial refund. Normal one-trip handling marks and disclosed cosmetic variation are not treated as material nonconformity.
6. Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We initiate required refunds promptly and generally within seven business days after cancellation or resolution. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will provide confirmation when the refund is initiated.
7. How to request cancellation or a refund
Email sales@containerspy.com with your name, order reference, delivery ZIP code, reason for the request, and supporting photographs when relevant. Contacting us first usually allows us to resolve an issue faster and does not waive any legal right.
Email sales@containerspy.com as soon as possible and include your order reference.
