New. We sell one-trip containers only: they've made a single voyage from the factory, so they arrive clean, structurally sound and wind and watertight, without the rust and dents of used containers.
Plan for about 75 ft of straight approach for a 20' container (100 ft for a 40'), a path about 12 ft wide, 14 ft of overhead clearance and firm, level ground. Check with your city or HOA about permits before delivery.
